Located in White Gum Valley, Fremantle, Sullivan Hall is an ideal venue for community groups, accommodating up to 100 people with a kitchen, basic amenities, and provided trestle tables and chairs. Next to the hall, there are outdoor communal facilities, including a nature play area, barbecue spots, and accessible toilets. Popular with yoga classes, choirs, dance groups, and public events, Sullivan Hall charges $17.90 per hour for non-commercial and $32.40 per hour for commercial use. The City of Fremantle stipulates that its community venues, such as Sullivan Hall, cannot be rented for private events like birthday parties.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
